To ensure
the success of our event, we will need your cooperation, please!
Please read the following instructions carefully and adhere to them:
- Our
event is strictly for the parents/guardians and siblings of the Abraar
School students (as long as they remain seated with their parents at all
times). Please note that Non-Abraar
children are not allowed.
- The celebrations are only for one hour and a half on each day, therefore, you are kindly requested to enter the gym before the beginning of the event and remain seated until the end even if your child finishes his/her performance.
- Students will stay in their classrooms until the time of their presentation. When they finish their performance(s), they will go back to their classrooms accompanied by their teachers and stay there until the end of the celebration.
- If you wish to pick up your child after the end of the whole celebration, please sign the early dismissal form which will be in class with the teacher, NOT in the office.
- Please note that childcare will NOT be provided this year.
- Children under 18 months may stay with their parents in the Gym as long as they are quiet. If they start crying, their parents are kindly requested to step out and return only when the child is quiet.
- All students from grade 1 to grade 6 are required to wear their school uniforms during their performances, except if they are part of a play or special presentation. In that case, they will only be in their uniforms when they are not performing.
