We had a great day today alhamdulilah!
Spelling: Students wrote their spelling quiz on Y with a vowel and the bonus was always, stray and enjoy.
Math Fun: To review concepts learned in class about addition, we had math centers on today. Students played different board games about "doubles" and "doubles +1". They had a great time, Alhumdulilah!
Library: We went to the library and students borrowed books.
Science: We reviewed the different characteristics of the different animal groups we learned about. We watched 2 great videos about fish and their characteristics. We read about fish and completed a worksheet about fish where we labeled a fish and crossed out pictures of animals that are not fish.
Gym: Today we played Follow the Leader, Fast and Soccer!
Islamic Studies: Students sat on the carpet and we learned about Thikir after prayer Unit C, chapter 5.

- Sign your child's spelling notebook.
- Prayer test is on Thursday (Unit C, Chapters 3, 4 and 5)
- IMPORTANT: If you have not returned the book your child borrowed for the project, please make sure you take it back to the public library or send it to school with your child tomorrow.
