Classwork and Homework

Alsalamu Alaikum,

Alhamdulilah we had a great day today! We wore clothes that didn't match and we looked awesome!

Islamic Studies: Students sat on the carpet and we finished reading our unit about honesty. We talked about how the prophet was honest and trustworthy. We gave examples of some ways to be honest and trustworthy. Students went back to their places and each student wrote a compound sentence about honesty and trustworthiness.

We will be starting a club called "The Honest Birds". To get into this club students need to collect honest points! I have created a new classdojo account where students will only be collecting honest points in shaa Allah!

Mammal Project: Tr. Nancy joined us and students started working on the "Do" portion of their project.

Math: We completed pages 70 and 71 in our Math books where students added coins.

Social Studies: We watched a PowerPoint about continents and oceans.

Homework:

  • Homework Pack (due on Wednesday)
Reminders:
  • Students should keep their spelling books at home to study for Monday's spelling quiz (lessons 1 to 5).
I hope you all have a wonderful evening in shaa Allah!
