Alsalamu Alaikum,
Today we had a fabulous day alhamdulilah!
Writing: Students were reminded of the comprehension we read yesterday, Aunt Lee's Chickens. They wrote about whether they would like to have chickens as pets or not and why.
Math: Students read the books they wrote at home about time (Home Connection). They played a game with clocks where they took turns to tell the time to the hour, quarter-hour and half-hour.
Art: Students made beautiful Eid cards for their parents while eating delicious veggies and popcorn! Masha'Allah they all did a wonderful job!
We also went to the park with 2B and had a great time there!
Homework: Students have a spelling quiz on Tuesday in shaa Allah. The list words are: let, his, had, ask, old, took, also, sat, fell, get
